Data Collection

We collect basic account information (email, name, password) to provide our service. Your conversations, memories, goals, and planning data are stored to enable the core functionality of the app.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption in transit: All connections are encrypted
  • Encryption at rest: Database storage is encrypted
  • Password security: Passwords are securely hashed, never stored in plain text
  • Session security: Sessions use secure tokens and cookie settings

Data Usage

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Keeqe service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our service quality.

Third-Party Services

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to power our conversational features. Your conversations are processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not use API data to train their models. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles all payment information directly and we never store your full card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. This immediately and permanently deletes all your data from our servers.

If you cancel your subscription without deleting your account, your data is retained for 90 days in case you decide to resubscribe. After 90 days, your account and all associated data are automatically and permanently deleted.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
