Acceptance of Terms

By using Keeqe, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Service Description

Keeqe is an AI-powered personal memory and planning assistant. We provide conversational interfaces to help you track your life, set goals, and plan your days. The service is provided "as is".

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Keeqe. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes.

Subscription & Billing

After your 30-day free trial, Keeqe costs $10/month. You can cancel anytime from your Profile settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of a paid subscription if you're not satisfied. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.

Data Retention

If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days in case you decide to resubscribe. After 90 days, your account and all data are permanently deleted. You can also delete your account immediately from your Profile settings at any time.

AI Limitations

Keeqe uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) that may occasionally make mistakes. The service is not a replacement for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). You should not rely solely on Keeqe for critical decisions.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Keeqe available but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to take the service offline for maintenance or updates. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.

Limitation of Liability

Keeqe is provided without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
